KVKK Disclosure Notice

This website is operated as a public information presence. We do not maintain a CRM, marketing list, customer database, lead-scoring system, or behavioural profiling. The only personal data processed through the website is:

1. Strictly necessary cookies (session, security, language).
2. Google Analytics with anonymised IP, aggregated reporting only — advertising features, remarketing audiences, and cross-device tracking are disabled.
3. Contact channel content — if a visitor voluntarily contacts us by e-mail or phone, only the content of that communication is processed for the purpose of responding; no record is stored beyond what is necessary to answer the request and statutory retention under Turkish tax/accounting law where invoices are issued.

No other personal data category is collected, profiled, sold, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Personal data is processed in the categories of identity (first name, last name), contact (email, phone, address), transaction security (IP, log records), customer transaction (request, complaint, offer history) and marketing (cookie-based preferences).

Your personal data may be transferred to authorised public institutions, third parties from which we receive legal/financial advisory services, and hosting and email providers, in a limited manner and in compliance with KVKK art. 8 and 9. Transfer abroad is carried out only where adequate protection exists or with your explicit consent.

Data is collected by automated or partially automated means via website forms, email, telephone, cookies and contracted communication channels.

Pursuant to KVKK art. 11, you have the rights to learn, request information, request correction, deletion, object and request compensation for damages.
