For owners of older buildings or empty plots, our land-for-flat (kat karşılığı) model includes notarised contracts, title-deed annotations, unit-distribution simulations and penalty-backed delivery schedules. Across the Antalya region owner share typically falls between 35% and 55% — we prepare a parcel-specific feasibility report for each project.

Under Law No. 6306 (Transformation of Disaster-Risk Areas) we run active urban renewal and land-for-flat projects in Alanya, Manavgat and Gazipaşa on the eastern Antalya coast. The process begins with risky-building assessment and, once MoEUCC approval is obtained, all statutory rights flow back to the owners.

Our turnkey construction model unifies preliminary design through to handover in a single contract. Fixed budget, delay penalties, quality specifications and warranty terms are clearly defined — investors get no surprises on cost or schedule.
