A selection of work we have delivered

Our completed projects fall into five main categories: Residential, Educational Buildings, Facades, Renovation and Subcontracting. Each typology is managed under its own engineering discipline. Turnkey construction and land-for-flat models form the backbone of our portfolio.

Each project is logged with cover image, category, location and service type. Hasbahçe, Alanya Hacet Kindergarten and Ekoloji Hill Facade are highlighted examples.

The residential category is led by works run under our land-for-flat model. Our Hasbahçe project was delivered with transparent unit allocation, a notarised contract and a penalty-backed schedule.

In Alanya, Manavgat and Gazipaşa we deliver residential works with turnkey discipline — in Alanya's older neighbourhoods these typically begin with risky-building assessment under Law 6306.

For educational buildings, our Alanya Hacet Kindergarten project was delivered with a phased schedule that did not interrupt teaching. Child safety, acoustic performance and fire regulations were treated as primary constraints.

In facade renewal, the Ekoloji Hill Facade project was completed with ETICS thermal insulation, composite panel details and facade painting. For commercial space, our Headquarter Office Renovation and Boutique Villa Renovation projects are references for our renovation service.

Among our subcontracting projects run with REITs and main contractors, the Formwork & RC Group application is a tangible record of 250,000+ m² of shell construction across multi-block sites. Insured labour, ISO 45001 certification and regular progress reporting were standard.
